Graduating DTS

We finished our last 10 days in Oahu. On Oahu we worked with Ho`ōla Nā Pua or “New Life for Our Children.” It was an amazing organization that provides healing and rehabilitation for teenagers who had been trafficked. We did a church service for the girls and after we had Kayla and another team member shared their testimony. They responded extremely well and started sharing their stories and past with us. We were warned in our training with the organization they most likely wouldn’t open up to us. However by the end of our church service we were all crying and they were embracing us. It was truly a touching day that we will never forget.
We flew to Florida and met up with the 3 other teams from our DTS class. The other 3 teams did ministry in Vietnam, Tanzania, and South Africa. We did a week of debriefing from our outreach and then graduated from our YWAM Discipleship Training School. It has been such a fruitful time that has forever marked my families life and we are grateful.
The big question is what is next after graduating and we are praying over that. This Saturday we will be speaking at a church in Jacksonville, FL that works with the homeless. The following week we will be reunited with South East Community Church in Kingsland, GA where Kayla and re-baptized 8 years ago.
A few prayer requests:
YWAM Tanzania just had 11 long term missionaries pass away in a bus accident.

Next steps for us as we enter this next transition period.
How can we pray for you?
May the Lord bless you and protect you; may the Lord make his face shine on youand be gracious to you; may the Lord look with favor on you and give you peace.
Thank you to all those who kept us in your prayers and supported us!
